We want you to absolutely love your Her Femme Fit pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Eligible Items

• ✅ Unworn and unwashed items
• ✅ Items with original tags attached
• ✅ Items in original packaging

Non-Eligible Items

• ❌ Items worn, washed, or altered
• ❌ Items marked as Final Sale
• ❌ Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at hey@herfemmefit.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange! Follow the same process above and note your preferred replacement item in your email.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
