Refund policy

14 days from delivery. You have 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can authorise it and give you the return address.

What we accept

  • Unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with original tags attached
  • Original packaging where possible
  • Items tried on over underwear — we cannot resell anything worn against bare skin

What we cannot accept

  • Requests made more than 14 calendar days after delivery
  • Worn, washed, altered or damaged-after-delivery items
  • Intimates and swimwear, for hygiene reasons
  • Final sale items, clearly marked as such at the time of purchase
  • HFF Signature pieces, which are printed to order — unless faulty, misprinted or damaged in transit

How to start a return

  1. Email support@herfemmefit.com with your order number, the items you are returning and the reason
  2. We reply within one business day with a return authorisation and the return address
  3. Post the items back using a tracked service and keep your receipt
  4. Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund to your original payment method within 5 business days

Please wait for authorisation before shipping anything back. Unauthorised returns can go missing, and we cannot refund a parcel that never reaches us.

Exchanges
Because stock moves quickly we cannot guarantee a direct swap. The fastest route is usually to return the original and place a new order for the size you want. Email us and we will tell you what is in stock before you decide.

Return shipping
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover return shipping — send a photo and we will sort it immediately. For a change of mind or wrong size, return shipping is yours to arrange, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of your return arriving and passing inspection. Your bank may take a further 3-5 days to show the credit.

Customers in the UK and European Union
If you are ordering from the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and a further 14 days to return the goods. These rights apply in addition to the policy above and are not limited by it. Email support@herfemmefit.com to exercise them.
