Shipping policy

At Her Femme Fit, we want every order to arrive as smoothly as possible. The estimates below apply from the moment your order is placed.

Where your order ships from
Every item currently sold on this site ships from a United States warehouse.

Processing time
Most orders are prepared within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated US delivery
Standard delivery is typically 2-5 business days after processing, so most US orders arrive within 3-8 business days of being placed. An express option is available at checkout for orders that need to arrive sooner.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather and peak holiday periods can add time.

US shipping rates
Free standard shipping on US orders of $70 or more. Below that, standard shipping is $8.00 and express is $15.00. Your rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Split shipments
Some items are prepared at different facilities. If your order contains items from more than one, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times, at no extra cost to you. Each shipment receives its own tracking number.

Order tracking
Once an item ships, we email its tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking events to appear.

International orders
We ship to a selected list of countries. Availability, rates and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and vary by destination. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

If something goes wrong
If an item is delayed beyond the estimates above, or arrives damaged, email support@herfemmefit.com with your order number and we will put it right. We answer within 1-2 business days.
