Shipping policy

At Her Femme Fit, we want every order to arrive as smoothly as possible. The estimates below apply after your order has been processed.

Complimentary US Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on US orders of $100 or more. Shipping for orders below $100 is calculated at checkout.

Processing Time
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated US Delivery
• US-warehouse items: typically 2–5 business days after processing.
• Overseas items: typically 5–12 business days after processing.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, and peak holiday periods can add time.

Split Shipments
If an order contains items fulfilled from different locations, products may arrive in separate packages. Each shipment will receive its own tracking information when available.

Order Tracking
Once an item ships, we will email its tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking events to appear.

International Orders
International availability, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and vary by destination. Import charges, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
